Terms and Conditions

First Come First Serve Basis
All items are sold on a first served basis. Please note that it’s only for Serious Buyers. We will check on the item(s)’ availability upon receiving your order(s). If it is available we will reserve for you immediately, but if it is currently reserved, we will put you in the queue.

Payment Method
Payment must be made within three (3) days after receiving the Order Confirmation Receipt sending by an email which contains our banking details (RHB/Maybank). We will then check for the payment clearance before proceeding to send out the items.

If payment has not been made after 3 days of receiving the Order Confirmation Receipt, the purchase order and the reservation will be cancelled, therefore, all the related items will be made available to other customer in queue or to the public once again.

Do send us a notification after payment is made, either by email or sms so that we are able to make immediate arrangement for your item(s).

Postage & Delivery
All items will be mailed out via Pos Laju, a flat fee of RM5 will be necessary borne by the customers.

To ensure minimal or no loss of items during delivery, all items will be mailed out from Monday to Thursday.

Refund / Return / Cancellation
Goods sold are not refundable. All sales are final.

Once orders are confirmed and payment has been made, there is NO cancellations/exchanges/refunds/returns are allowed unless it’s an error in our part on the shipment or obvious product defect.

For shipment errors (we shipped the wrong product or wrong quantity), customer may return new, unopened items sold and fulfilled by us within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.

Items should be returned in good condition in the original product packaging. Refund will be making within four weeks, however, in many cases you’ll receive a refund more quickly.

All customers must contact glitzshoppe@gmail.com for issues and potential returns.

We’ll notify you via email of your refund once we’ve received and processed the returned item.
